Last full day in class. Made the same outdoor run. the temperature is all over the place. Yesterday it was almost 60. Today it was 38.

I was quicker on the out part (less head wind but slower on the return). Last mile was slower

Covered 2000 meters on the rowing machine according to the display panel. I don't know how this compared to yesterdays distance.

Still in class so ran the same route as two days ago. My calf is still sore. going out there was a strong headwind. It was great on the return trip.

Since there is a gym here I decided I should take advantage of it. I did some upper body exercises using 10 pound free weights.

I did the rowing machine for 10 minutes just to see what it would be like. I had to stop when my stomach starting threatening to cramp.

I got on the elipitical to talk to the guy on the other one. He had made some interesting comments in class and I wanted to pursue. It was a good converstation but 20 minutes was a Lot longer than I expected.

later at Dinner I got a shoulder cramp carrying my dinner tray. fortunately I didn't drop it and was able to recover.

It was cold out and I had less than an hour to run and shower before being back at class. I just ran the loop road around the convention area 3 times (plus getting to/from the road from my building).

I am in class in Leesburg, VA. Part of class today talked about the importance of being healthly and staying fit. they gave us a stretchy band thing to do resistance training and showed us how to use it.
After class I ran down the road a few miles and back. It had been raining earlier but wasn't now. first run in outside in shorts/t-shirt in awhile.
