It was cold out. I started off ok but then got slow. Lots of trail run and I was still very slow. I was glad it was a short course because of the cold weather.

Actual distance covered was 6 miles.

I warmed up well but didn't start strong. It took awhile to get into the swing of things. Once I did I played well. We won the first two games but couldn't pull it off on the third.

The other team was good. They out skilled us. We did manage to hold our own but gave up several quick goals. We lost 9-6. I didn't give up an goals but only because our goalie saved me. I got beat several times.

Rt 175 + Severn road. It was warm out and I was home early enough to run outside.
According to my GPS, my 4.4 run is only 4.2.

The heart rate monitor showed an interesting thing. 1.1 mile into my run my heart rate drops and then stays constant even when running up the hill.

Did a mile on the treadmill in my mocassins. I need to loosen up some from yesterday's skiing. I jogged on lap but walked the rest.
