easy run to help recover from yesterday and start resting up for the big thanksgiving day race. I was going to go longer but my calf started acting up again so I didn't want to take a chance.

Treadmill run. I had to stop after 2 miles for bathroom break. I then went back to running. My plan was to run one mile at 7:30 and one at 7:05. The 7:05 was my last year race pace for the 10K.

I was going to use this as a training run for th upcomming 10k race. I wanted to run hard. The woods were wide open. At one point I was running along just admiring the woods. So what if the map didn't match up with what i was seeting. I was happy running along until I got the point I had to admit I was way off course. Even when I corrected I was still way off course. Lost 7 minutes on that control.
