Yesterday run knocked my cold back so today I just rode the bike so I wouldn't do my lungs in.

My soccer game was rained out which is good because I am still hurt. My hamstring is still sore. I did an easy treadmill mile. I think the muscled is healed but it is still tight. Easy mile felt good on the muscle. However, It doesn't feel as good on my chest which is still getting over a cold. I am coughing again but this should be temporary.

Darcy and I are still getting over colds so we decided to walk this together. It was good to get out and get some exercise. I got greedy at the end. We had 4.5 minutes left so I thought we could get one last control if we had hurried. We jogged a lot but were still three minutes overtime.
