Orienteering (Wheaton- Red) 44:01 [3] 6.7 km (6:34 / km)
shoes: O: Falcons 2008

Easy course, definetely a runners course. Fair amount of trail time. No mistakes, just tired. Tried to keep jogging but had to walk some of the uphills.

Orienteering (control pickup) 14:40 [2] 2.0 km (7:20 / km)

easy jog to pick up controls.

Volleyball (indoor) 1:00:00 [2]
shoes: VB: Newbalance 620

final match of our season. We fortfeited all three games as three of our people didn't show up. I don't know why. We scrimmaged with the other team for an hour.
I didn't play well as my thumb was still sore from where I fell orienteering. It hurt to serve and spike the ball.

Soccer (indoor) 30:00 [3]
shoes: Soccer indoor Nike 2006

I play ok. Not great, not bad. I did give up one goal when I got beat and the guy scored. It was a good game but we lost 6-5.

Run (road) 34:47 [3] 4.4 mi (7:54 / mi)
shoes: Asics 2009

Today was the recovery run. Muscles felt ok. A few twinges. Generally took it slow especially after I got bathroom'itis.

Soccer (outdoor practice) 2:00:00 [2]
shoes: Soccer Michelin

Good turn out for Soccer practice. We have 13 people show up. I was tired so I made everyone else run but "coached" a lot so I didn't have to. I survived ok.
We picked up a lot of new players this season. I don't think we are going to do well this season.
