final match of our season. We fortfeited all three games as three of our people didn't show up. I don't know why. We scrimmaged with the other team for an hour.
I didn't play well as my thumb was still sore from where I fell orienteering. It hurt to serve and spike the ball.

Good turn out for Soccer practice. We have 13 people show up. I was tired so I made everyone else run but "coached" a lot so I didn't have to. I survived ok.
We picked up a lot of new players this season. I don't think we are going to do well this season.

I was good until the third control. Then I was just plain tired. I tried to keep moving but it was just to much. Orienteering I did fine. It was largely the same course but very different looking in the day time. I could see thing in the woods and on the map that I couldn't. I got slower and slower. I was very careful not to trip because I would cramp if I fell. I was able to hold off the cramps.

After I finished I was soooo tired. Apparently I didn't recover well as later that night at home I was sitting down and got a leg cramp. I hopped up to keep it from getting worse and cramped the other leg.
To make a painful story short, I spent 20 minutes writhing on the floor as multiple muscles in my legs cramped up. Darcy was good enough to message wherever I told her but the muscles cramps were to bad. For a long time I couldn't bend my legs. I was seriously worried about pulling a muscle during the cramps.
Finally things subsided and I was cautiously back to normal. I was worried what my legs were feel like the next day.
