Easy day on the treadmill. It is warm enough to run outside but the sidewalks are still all snowy.
Last 1/4 mile of the 4th mile I did at 5% incline

Tonight was our double header. My team has not been doing well and is in last place. Tonight was our opportunity to dig our selves out of the seller. Unfortunately, we played like the last place team we are. We managed to win one game of the six and that was 28 to 26 (i.e. we just barely won). I played a good back game and just ok at the net. The problem was our setter just had an off night so we couldn't get much offense goinig.

My soccer game was suppose to be 1020 according to the schedule. Unfortunately they changed the schedule and I didn't know up. I showed up for a 10:20 pm game only to find out it was at 7:40. My team lost.

Had a bit of a head ache but needed to get some exercise in. Running cleared up my headache which was good. I started off slow to see how the run would go.
