Run 7:35 [3] 0.92 mi (8:15 / mi)

When to check a specific rivver and railroad crossing point to use in the stumble. While I was there a large groups of horses came and crossed in the exact spot. It is perfect crossing point.

time is run out and back to the spot from the car.

Orienteering (mapping) 3:00:00 [1]

Mapping at the orange Grove area (patapsco state park). I was primarily just mapping along one major trail so I could use it later as a reference point. Trail mapping was tough as the leaves hid the trail so it was hard to see how big the trail really was.
There were tons of people out in the park. This part of park has lots of mountain bikers. I saw one take a big spill. I also saw some horses which is very unusual in this part of the park.

Volleyball (indoor) 50:00 [2]
shoes: VB: Newbalance 620

My VB team hasn't been doing well this season. We are dead last and were playing the 2nd to last place team.
I played great. If only the rest of the team could say so. We got off to a good start the first game but then let them come back. We edge out a win the first game 26-24. The second game we got sloppy and the other team stepped up. They won the 2nd game. The third game we recoverd and destroyed them. We are still last but not dead last.

Soccer (indoor) 24:00 [4]
shoes: Soccer indoor Nike 2006

We lost the first playoff game so were in the consolation game. Our record was undefeated until we lost the playoff game. We were playing the 3rd place team and they were no match for us. We won 16-7. The only reason they scored as many goals as they did is they got an extra player once we were more than 5 goals up.
The team we lost last week in the playoff did go on to win the league. We still have a better record but such is life.

Treadmill (2 incline) 30:00 [3] 4.0 mi (7:30 / mi)
shoes: Asics 2009

It was cool and dark out so I ran on the tread mill. 7:30 pace. Nothing good on TV so not a very exciting run.

Run (road) 32:56 [3] 4.4 mi (7:29 / mi)
shoes: Asics 2009

Got stuck at work so home after dark. It was about 50 deg out so still went for a run outside. Thigh muscle was twinging some. I need to start stretching more.
