Volleyball (Indoor) 1:00:00 [2]
shoes: VB: Newbalance 620

I had to keep score before my game and the chair was really uncomforatable. My butt fell asleep.
I warmed up ok and played ok. My team still lost all three games. We aren't doing well this season. We have only won two games so far.

Soccer (indoor) 18:00 [5]
shoes: Soccer indoor Nike 2006

My team was undefeated and tonight was the first playoff game. We were playing the 4th place team. They must have players missing earlier in the season as they were much better than their score. They were very fast and my team didn't step up. I played well and didn't get beat once. Unfortunately we just couldn't keep up with them and lost 5-3. If the other team could shoot it would have been much worse as they took a million shots.

Soccer (outddoor) 1:30:00 [3]
shoes: Soccer Michelin

We started short handed and whenever we do that we don't win. It throws off all team's rythm. We did get enough people but never quite recovered. We out played them the 2nd half but didn't score any goals. We lost 2-0

Run warm up/down 2:00 [3] 0.22 mi (8:59 / mi)
shoes: Soccer Michelin

jog around the field to warm down.

Run (road) 32:39 [3] 4.4 mi (7:25 / mi)
shoes: Asics 2009

Rainy/misty out but warm. Since I didn't run yesterday I had to run today so out in the rain I went. Good to get out and stretch the legs but didn't push it hard. Hey, the halloween decorations are out. It was still light out so it wasn't as good viewing as it could have been.

Rt 175 Severn road.

Orienteering (U.S champ red) 58:44 [3] 7.25 km (8:06 / km) +160m 7:18 / km
shoes: O: Falcons 2008

I felt much better today and was able to run. Kept moving and tried to make sure I maintain contact. Course was much easier with all the trail atttack points. Lost track on the way to three so bailed to the trail, otherwise no problems.
