my team got off to a slow start. then the goals started pouring in. We won 10-2. It was a fairly easy game. I played goalie 2nd half. The goals we gave up were when I was in goal. One was my fault, one wasn't.

My team didn't all arrive on time and when this happens we always loose. First half we just didn't play that well. 2nd half I moved into the middle which greatly helped but we just couldn't score. We lost 2-0. I was dead tired and my calves were cramping. I was still very tired from Orienteering yesterday.

Fairly well rested but still not in shape. Once I hit the 35 minute mark I could feel myself just start to die. I did try to keep running. Ran a little bit faster when Ken and Eddie passed me but still very slow compared to their pace. No huge screw ups. Mostly just slow.

Really tired but I was already promised to pick up controls. I took the long road/trail run. I was able to do a slow jog once I loosed up some. I had to pick up only 4 controls but two of them were water stops.
