Felt ok so decided to go running even though I just didn't want to. Decided my body knew something my mind didn't. Once I started everything started hurting: My sprained ankle, my back, and my muscles were just tired. I cut my run short but forced myself to still go 2 miles.
Rt 175 up and back.
