Soccer (indoor) 35:00 [4]
shoes: Soccer indoor Nike 2006

My team looked good. Other team was missing some key players but we played well and passed right throught them. I even scored a goal and had two assists. We won 6-1

Run warm up/down 4:00 [3] 0.47 mi (8:30 / mi)
shoes: Soccer indoor Nike 2006

jog around the parking lot after the game. It was really humid out.

Run (road) 26:42 [3] 3.4 mi (7:51 / mi)
shoes: Asics 2009

Legs sore from all the goal kicks I took yesterday. It was also threatening showers (it was thundering and dark out) so I just went 3.4

Soccer (outdoor-goalie) 1:20:00 [1]
shoes: Soccer Michelin

My goalie was out so I played goalie the whole game. It was a good game, especially since we won 3-1. I even made some good stops. The only goal scored against me deflected off a defender or I would have had that also. I was lucky a very times but no others went it. It was nice to win one.

Orienteering warm up/down (control pickup) 12:01 [3] 1.2 mi (10:00 / mi)

I was pretty tired. Didn't have far to go but was still slow

Orienteering (summer series) 25:47 [5] 3.9 km (6:37 / km)

Object was to read the map, then sprint to the control, take a 2 minute break/read the map, sprint to the control.
It was a lot harder than it sounds. After the 2nd control I was tired. It became an exercise of trying to think while really tired. A lot of time I didn't have to study the map at all as I could memorize the controls. I started last and finished 2nd (behind Peggy). 25:47 for a sprint time and 55.47 for the total time including the rests.
