Soccer (indoor goalie) 48:00 [1]
shoes: Soccer indoor Nike 2006

We had an 11:00 pm game and the other team didn't show. Since my ankle was sore I just played goalie the whole time. We scrimmaged a team that just played so they were tired. We dominated them.

Orienteering (wed training) 45:24 [3] *** 5.29 mi (8:35 / mi)
shoes: O: Falcons 2008

Time is only time orienteering. Hanging streamers as I go. Out of church parking lot. More blander hillsides.

Orienteering 24:27 [4] *** 3.0 km (8:09 / km)
shoes: O: Falcons 2008

After my run, I decided to give eddie some confusion of having extra people running around him. Out of the start I just ran with eddie trying to course his path repeatedly and confuse him. I didn't look at my map once on the way to the first control. Once we go close I knew where to go so beat him to the control. On the way to #2 I figured he would loose me on the uphill but I kept going. Eddie was too low so I got the next control well ahead of him. Eddie tood a different route to the next control so I just waited for him to come back (it was loop area) then ran after him again. Eddie screwed up the final approach so I was at the control first. I did my best Peter Gagarin imitation to make it look like I haven't followed . Eddie saw me by the control (but couldn't see the pit) so I wandered off the wrong way as if I now knew where the control was. I could see Eddie keeping an eye on me. He cursed me when he got the control (my job was done). I chased Eddie to the next control but it was uphill so he ran away from me. I waited again and chased him to the final control..

Run (road) 46:45 [3] 6.2 mi (7:32 / mi)
shoes: Asics 2009

10K loop. Decided I need to do a longer run. This is a longer run for me. It was perfect running day but I was still feeling it by the end of the run.
