Orienteering (mid) 36:57 [3] 4.5 km (8:13 / km)
shoes: O: Falcons 2008

I created the course and hung the flags but hadn't run the course. There was little hesitation and I had no problem finding the control. I did get a littler overconfident and used my map memory to navigate rather than look at the map. My memory was off..
I wasn't moving that fast but did try to keep moving. I stopped for a while to let Nadim Navigate to the technical area rather than lead him into the control.

We played the worst team. We are the 2nd worst team. It was an easy game. We won 8-2.

Run (road) 42:47 [3] 5.4 mi (7:55 / mi)
shoes: Asics 2009

My back was tired from bending over and weeding for an hour. Darcy was going running so I had to also.

Rt 175 + 3 park loops. Nice day in the 70's, partially sunny

7:44 1:32 7:58 8:17 1:38 8:09 7:25

Felt lethargic. Maybe it is the new shoes.

Run (road) 42:04 [3] 5.4 mi (7:47 / mi)
shoes: Asics 2009

Really didn't feel like running. Just felt tired. Forced myself to go the full 5.4. First time with the new ASICS Gel-Equation 2. This was the only shoe I could find that would fit my feet.
