Run race (Azalea Classic) 20:26 [4] 5.0 km (4:05 / km)
shoes: Nike 2008

Azalea Classic in University Park (down by university of Maryland. I nice small local race. Darcy's company was a sponsor so we got free entry. We invited the Onkst but Heidi was out of Town and then Dave bailed so it was just Darcy and me. Did see the Hamiltons down there as they live there.
I am still recovering from my quad pull. I can run but can't sprint yet. Basically I am just out of shape so I didn't have high expectations. I started out running easy and getting into the rythm. The 2nd mile went by fast but I was very slow. The third mile I picked it up some but didn't want to over push it. Two high school kids out kicked me and I was perfectly willing to just let them go. Top two women beat me also. I was fourth in the 40-49 age group 2nd and 3rd place were not to far in front of me. I paced myself off one of them.

Run (road) 32:36 [3] 4.4 mi (7:25 / mi)
shoes: Nike 2008

First nice day in awhile so had to run outside. I was skipping soccer tonight to let me quad heal but I still needed to have a run. I have a race this Saturday. A simple 5k run and given my lack of shape I will be very slow. Today was slow.

Soccer (outdoor) 15:00 [3]
shoes: Soccer:outdoor 08

My leg is still very sore but my team needed some rest so I played for a few minutes. While I was on the field, we score on only goal. We ended up winning 1-0 which is a very rare occasion for my outdoor team.
