We played a good game but didn't rise to the challenge. We should have one at least one game but didn't. I went straight from volleyball to indoor soccer which put me a little late to soccer.

I started out strong but then one of my muscles I have been having problems with started complaining so I backed way off the pace.
First half mile was 6 minute pace. 2nd half mile was 9 minute pace.
It was another nice night out and a good day to run.
