Dave Onkst set an interesting course. The course was on the map with about 50 meters of map to either side of the straight line. There were some difficulties due to course (one mishung control, some dubious features) but the course did force you to really look and intepret the map as there wasn't much to navigate by.
I tried to just keep moving. I only ran hard to about two controls. I really need to get into shape.

The game started well. We were dominating and got up to a quick lead. However, I could tell the other team just didn't have their act together and was going to get it together. We were up 3-1 at the half. The second half was a different story. I was on the side line at the start and it made a difference. My team went out cold like they weren't warmed up. The other team just had their way with us. One guy in particular was able to just go through our defense (when I wasn't on the field) at will. They went from 1-3 to 5-3. We ended up loosing 4-7

My toe is bothering me so I rode the bike today. It is a shame because it wasn't to bad out this evening. Watched Fantastic four during the ride.

First practice. only two other guys showed up. Did very short jog, some passing/trapping drills, then focused most of the time on shooting.

Despite my run yesterday, still ran outdoors. Ran much later so it was a lot cooler. Also wore my MP3 player which makes me run faster.
