Brand new shoes. Time to try them out. Ready to run but my MP3 player needed recharging. Charged it up a little so I could use it. Usually I never remember it. Wore it today and what difference it makes. I was fresh, with a good beat. Ran faster than I normally would. I did find it harder to pace count while listening to music.

Rt 175 + Severn Road + 1 park loop.

covered more ground than I expected I would.

Spent 2nd half of game in the goal. My team doesn't appreciate defense. We are a better team then who we played but without defense it doesn't matter. We lost 11-6. I gave up 5 goals only one of which was my fault.
