Didn't run fast but tried to run steady. Not a bad for my lack of training. only one real problem where I got mixed up with new fields not on the map.

Jog out/back to mapping area

A lot of up&down walking. redid technical area in the morning then went over the other map for the afternoon

I played well and so did my team. We played the first place team and took 2 out of three games. First team to win a match against them.

Still worried about my back so I played goalie. It worked out well. My team played well and won. My back didn't get hurt so it was a double win.

Back still sore so road the recumbant exercise bike.
