Warm enough to run outside but I didn't want to put on long sleeves and run in the dark. So back to the treadmill. A couple of muscles were sore from yesterday so cut my run short.

Mapping. Checking out some potential start areas and cleaning up the rocky areas. Beautiful day out for mapping.

Once again I was late leaving work so didn't get to the game in time to warm up. It showed. I played poorly all night. We played a bad team (like us). We played poorly but did win the first two games. We lost the third.

We played a new team to the league and it showed. Two of our team joined this new team because our team was getting to crowded. My team had three subs and they had about 8. We smoked this new team and beat them 11-3. I didn't score but did a good job coordinating play and making sure we played well.

Nice and warm out, in the 60's. Ran outside again tonight. Little bit of bathroomitis so took it easy.

Warm and humid out. About 50 deg farenheit and at 6:30 at night. Ran in shorts and t-shirt. Nice to get out. Not a real fast run but the idea is to just get moving at this stage.

Greenbelt Maryland. Lots of greenbriar and the courses didn't avoid it.
I wasn't moving very fast but did try to keep moving. A few minor problems mostly due to map issues.
