First real run of the season. Due to injuries I haven't been running much and what running I have done has been with lots of breaks. This was constant run with no breaks and my muscles could feel it. Had planned to do an easy 4 but cut it short a mile.
Today I start my new alergy free diet. I am supposedly allergic to lots of things including: Wheat, Eggs, Dairy, Pinannple, Cucumbers, Lima beans. Nothing serious like hives or death but I do get stomach problems. I am going to try cutting them all out.
Went shopping at the organic market and bought lots of granola, special bread, fake cheese.... Had Corn beef hash for lunch.

First game back. Played well but didn't have to really excel. Started out in defense where it was safer and could run less. Moved up to half where I got things started. I ran in the middle and got the my team to start moving and we started scoring. I couldn't stay that long as I was running out of steam real fast.
We ended up winning 6-2.

Mapping again. Just rechecking some areas I did very early on and then went on to the "well" sections around the quarry.
