Starting to run again. Back seems to be ok for just straight running along as there isn't to much jaring. Still don't want to do sudden twists yet.

It poured the whole drive down but then stopped just before I got there. by the time I finished the sun was out and it had warmed up considerably.
I wasn't in any hurry to run. Still taking it very easy on my back. First part of the course was making my back hurt as I had to duck under stuff and hop over down trees. Most of the course was fine for my back so I
was able to finish ok.
The missing rough open was confusing. Going to number 1 I was thinking that everything looked wrong. How could the mapper miss as much open as they did. Contral 5 was hung in a forest corner that wasn't much of a corner on the map. That is where I realized the rough open was missing.
