Orienteering (mapping) 3:00:00 [1]

Went mapping/vetting for Squirrel Kill. Another chunk of woods lost to a new housing developement.
It was really hot out and humid out.

I really should have eaten lunch and drank more. It was so humid out that I just ran out of steam. Actaully I ran out of water to make steam. I was drenched on the outside and dry on the inside. Slow way down.

I played 1/2 the first 1/2. Ran had, and did an ok job. Our offense looked good at we scored a lot of goals. Unfortunately, as we started getting tired the team stopped moving. We went from a 9-4 lead to a 11-10 lead. We were able to pull it out and won 13-10. a high scoring game.

Got home late and really didn't feel like running but forced myself to anyway. Had lots of gas while running. It must have been all the cake I ate at work.

played 30 minutes as a fullback. Then played 30 minutes as goalie.

Ran around the fields a bunch of times to get some exercise in since I didn't get to run much during the game.
