It was too hot to go mapping but I still had to do some exercising other than the brick building. Went for a run in the heat.

Rt 175 + severn Rd + 1 park then home home the back way.

Training with Eddie Bergeron, I did the short course while he did the longer one. I started first but had to hang some streamers. Second feature was rootstock that wasn't anywhere to be found. I think it washed away (Litterally). Problem with running on my own map is that I don't orienteer. I just say, oh run to that feature and don't navigate or map read along the way.
It cooled off some but still humid. Just drenched when I finished.

Soccer (outdoor practice) 1:30:00 [2]

First outdoor practice. It was very hot and code orange day so I tried to keep the running down at the practice. Worked several drills and conducted Soccer 101. My team needs work.
