Rt 175 + Severn. Hot out today. Darcy was already dressed to run so I had to hurry up and get ready. I went to put on my MP3 player but it was dead. I had to do a quick charge of it while Darcy left without me. MP3 player did get charged so I had some music for my run. First time in quite awhile I ran with music. It really makes the run easier.

normal 4 mile run. First time in ages I have run the day after soccer. Maybe there is hope for me yet.

First game I felt healthy for in awhile. I started a little slow but once I moved into a half back position played awsome. I scored a goal, and had several major saves (I single handedly stopped a 3 on 1).
The second half was a different story. I got tired. and didn't play great, just tiredly. My whole team got tired. We lost the game thanks to a short goalie. The other team realized they could take long pop shots over our goalies head. We lost 9-5.

Field sprint I set. I knew where to go but was good to get out and run.

Run from house to first sprint. Then jogged to 2nd sprint, then ran home.

I was tired for this race. I had to walk some. I also set the course but still had trouble on one vague depression area.

Run out to map, then hanging controls and vetting things. then run back

7:44 first mile, last mile about 7:00. Rest in between was jogging at various time between the control locations.
