Jog out to mapping and later the job back. All my muscles still sore. I couldn't jog very well. It is a good thing I didn't do the billygoat.

Doing a second pass on some areas to finish up. couldn't move very fast so didn't cover a whole lot of territory. did see a quail out there.

Was going to play on the field but my groin muscle wouldn't have lasted 2 minutes. I played goalie as our goalie didn't show. It was a good thing because my groin hurt even in goal.
I was a wall. The other team shot repeatedly. Unfortunately they also shot well. I made a lot of really good stops but couldn't stop them all. We lost 6-4.

Felt good enought to play as long as I was careful. My hamstring felt good. Unfortunately, just before the end of the game I strained my left groin. We played well but got tired by the end with no subs. Tied 1-1.
