Decided to let my knee rest another day. Did the recumbant bike. It was harder than I expected.

We played a better team but mostly held out own. If we had better refs the game would have been different. They scored 4 goals the first half, several were off of mishits by their own team which is hard to defend against. 2nd half we settled down and we scored 2 goals. Lost 4-2.
