Nice and cold out but a nice day. Still decided to hit the treadmill. I am working on my hill workouts for the upcoming Georgia Meet. 2 incline (like normal) for first 4 miles and then 5% incline for a mile with an extra 2 incline lap thrown in for good measure.
7:30 pace whole time.
