Orienteering race (Sprint) 11:18 [3] 1.93 km (5:51 / km)

Testing the sprint course at Kings landing. Course was made by combining score controls from the previous day. Course was very easy. I did have to modify one control circle as the circle I had on my map wasn't where the control was. I lost about 15 seconds there.

Treadmill (2 incline) 23:39 [3] 3.0 mi (7:53 / mi)

Raining out so ran easy on the treadmill. Had to squeeze in three before dinner. I was going to run while Darcy biked but she didn't want to bike.

Volleyball (indoor) 1:00:00 [2]

We were out classed. We still should have won the second game but didn't. Ended up losing all three games.

Soccer (indoor) 34:00 [4]
shoes: Soccer indoor Nike 2006

My team lost to an inferior team. No one (except me) was running. Everybody was just standing and watching. We had opportunities to score but didn't.

Orienteering (stumble: long) 2:14:03 [3] *** 15.95 mi (8:24 / mi)
shoes: O shoes: Falcons04

Ran well but really faded. Biggest mistake was leading to control one. No one else wanted to so I did then ran right by it.
