Ankle still sore but felt ok as long as going straight. Bottom of foot felt more bruised than any other problem. Rainy most of the day but was able to get a run in between runs.

Rt 175 + 2 park loop. I caught Darcy and blew by her like she was standing still.

Part way into the first half, I blocked a shot with my ankle and then came down on it. Voila, one sprained ankle. I hobbled off the field and kept it
elevated the rest of the game until the pain subsided. Drove home and wrapped it up. It was
still very sore the next morning. I rewrapped it and went back to bed. A few hours later it was now just a sore ankle and I could walk on it. Darn, I had to go to work now.

Finally feel some strength back in my legs since Wyoming. First time I felt I could run rather than plod.

Outdoor soccer. I forgot my socks so had to drive home real quick. By the time I got back the game had already started. They started early. My team got off to a bad start. Due to a bad ref call, we were down 1-0. Then we gave up 2 more stupid goals. Finally, I had to take over the defense. We didn't give up an more goals. Unfortunately althrough we outplayed the other team we only scored 1 goal. The game ended up being called after a series of ugly plays, The other team was tripped, didn't get the call, went off on the ref, who through him out of the game. While this was going on, another member of the other team made a very unprofessional derogatory comment which set up a near melee on both sides. The game was called. And this is suppose to be a fun work league?
