Repeat sprint courses from last year. Couldn't read the map due to color printing. Contours were red and the course was black.
I took a bad spill at the end of the first loop. I stepped on a log that was slick my foot came out from under me. I had to twist to keep from getting impaled and slammed my lower back down on the log. There is a 5 inch long welt where I hit. I walked the 2nd loop since it hurt to run. Actually, it hurt to lift my left leg.
