Using chainsaw, cut down several trees in the front yard, cut them up, Use the tractor wagon to drag wood/branches to the back yard but had to drag by hand the last 20-30 feet into the woods.

easy run, Hamstring still sore so I only did an easy two.

started out ok. Toward the end of the 1st half I strained my left hamstring again. I was going to go into goal but the guy playing it was content to stay there. Played the second half very gingerly. As usual, the halfbacks wouldn't help out on defense and the other team just flooded us and scored, over and over. We ended up loosing 10-5. Our top scorer also got a concussion when he got knocked over and hit his head on the wall. He had no short term memory since the hit and kept asking the same questions over and over.

First outdoor run in over a week. Felt really slow and out of shape. Probably because I am. Ran easy so I didn't hurt myself. My hamstring still tight but my ok. My right glut is still acting up.

It was storming out so Darcy wouldn't let me run outside. I did an easy treadmill.
