Started off ot run 4.4 but got bathroomitis so cut it short a mile.

Our lead scorer was back again. We played well again and won. My team almost threw the game away right at the end (I was not on the field so couldn't do anything. We won 4-3

Soccer was 10-11:00. It helps if I do some sort of warmdown after so I don't get stiff. Decided to do an easy mile on the treadmill after I got home.

First really hot day. Over 90 deg out with 800%
humidity. Rt 175 + severn rd. Had to cut short my run. My right glute was acting up again.
