Hot Day out. Ran out 2:00 after some gardening.
Back a little tired from carrying dirt and some major weeding.
Rt 175 + 2 park loops. Leg felt good so I guess I will call it healed

Really didn't want to run. I just wanted to stay at home and watch Godzilla on TV. Now I will never know if Godzilla was a good monster or bad monster. This was one of the older japanese movies.
Darcy came home and shamed me into running so I went with her. My leg is still a little sore but that wasn't what was bothering me most. I have been having some glutterous Maximus problems.

Indoor soccer. Hamstring still sore. I thought I would be able to play but I really couldn't run well. I volunteered to play goalie. The other team didn't play well and we capitalized on it. We won 10-2.
Both goals probably should have been stopped by me. I did stop some at least.

Pulled muscle still sore but I figured I could ease back into running. Just easy two miles. It loosened
up some the last mile.

My team have 11 show up. We played well but still lost right near the end of the game 1-0. If we had someone who could score a goal then we would have won.
