Still in Aruba. Too sunburned to run outside so used the fitness center treadmill which overlooked the pool area. Lots to look at.
Ran on 3 incline for first 3 miles and 2 incline the last mile. 3 incline felt a lot steeper and 2 incline
felt like down hill.

Swimming in Aruba ocean.
Breast stroke: 6:35 with current
Side Stroke: 8:02 against current
crawl: :55

I still have no upper body strenght and was dead tired which is why the crawl was only 55 seconds long. The breast and side stroke was one lap or about 175-200 m. No world records for me.

Still in Aruba. Went for a run. It was hot out. Same run along the coast road but I felt a lot more tired than before. I think the sun was soaking energy out of me.

Vacationing in ARUBA.
There announced they were doing water Aerobics about the time I was thinking of going running so off Darcy and I went. I was the only guy in the pool and surrounded by a bunch of older women. The pool was cold but good once you got warmed up from the exercises.+-

Didn't get enough exercise at water aerobics so I went for a run after. Felt great on the way out. At the turn around I was hot then I had to run into the wind with the sun in my face. It wasn't nearly so pleasant. Pretty view though running along the water for most of it.
