Run (road) 31:57 [3] 4.4 mi (7:16 / mi)
shoes: Brooks Adrenaline GTS 5

Felt really cold out but I have all this fancy cold gear so I forced myself to use it.
Route: Rt 175 + 2 part loops.
Felt sore from soccer and volleyball yesterday but muscles felt strong and not the slightest bit tired. Not really breathing hard.

Volleyball (scrimmage) 2:00:00 [1]

Volleyball scrimmage. Games start next week.
I am out of practice. My muscles definitely were not ready for the quick jumps and hits. It took an hour until I could do anything resembling a normal serve. My shoulder muscle was tight and I was serving like a girl and could just barely get it over the net. By the end of the two hours I was a awsome. I blocked better then the wall of china, hit harder than Mohamed Ali, and made more passes than cassonova.

Soccer (indoor) 30:00 [4]

My team is looking good. We played offense like the pro's. Our defense is still weak because the offense won't come back and help out. We had a new goalie yesterday which didn't help. We gave us several junk goals and even scored one against ourselves.
I played well but didn't score any. I also didn't give up any goals.
We won 17-7.

Run warm up/down 6:40 [3] 0.83 mi (8:02 / mi)

run around the parking lot after the game.

Run (trail) 14:18 [2] 1.68 mi (8:31 / mi)
shoes: O shoes: Falcons04

Running to/from mapping area. 4:21 out, 9:48
coming back from farther away.

Orienteering (mapping) 5:20:00 [3]
shoes: O shoes: Falcons04

Mapping the field areas. Discovered a really SWEET part of the map. It is very technical with huge depressions, rocks, pits. A veritable feature rich area. Will be tough to map. I will have to get 1 meter contour base map in order to have any chance of reasonable doing it. It is very different from the rest of the map. I would be great if it was a bigger area.

Treadmill (2 incline) 32:54 [3] 4.25 mi (7:44 / mi)
shoes: Asics GT-2100

Treadmill again. Watched some more of "how to loose a guy in 10 days". A good movie. Had a long cool down (along with Darcy on the recumbent bike) so we could see the end of it.

Treadmill (2+ incline) 30:45 [3] 4.0 mi (7:41 / mi)
shoes: Asics GT-2100

Watching football game (Iowa vs someone who
beat Iowa). Bad reffing had a big part of the outcome of the game.
