Run (road) 33:53 [3] 4.4 mi (7:42 / mi)
shoes: Asics GT-2100

This was the first real run in awhile. Leg still felt a little tight but no problems. Didn't push it so wasn't going that fast. Boy am I out of shape.

Volleyball 1:00:00 [2]

Leg feeling better. My team played like the team of
old. A team of old men. We played horrible. We did manage to win the last game.

Soccer (Indoor) 35:00 [4]

Decide to try the leg for real. No problems with the leg. Played pretty well also but blew a prime opportunity to score. We lost.

Treadmill (1% incline) 17:00 [2] 2.0 mi (8:30 / mi)
shoes: Asics GT-2100

Still taking my recovery easy. Skipped soccer again but did jog 2 miles on the treadmill. Groin muscle getting stronger.

Treadmill (4% incline) 30:00 [1] 1.5 mi (20:00 / mi)
shoes: Asics GT-2100

Walked on the treadmill. It was a good warm down and I kept Darcy company while she did the recumbant bike.

Orienteering (Nolde:green) 1:01:13 [3] 5.13 km (11:56 / km)

Took it easy. I was fine with the map when I thought it was over 10 years old. When I found out it was brand new, The map sucks for a brand new map.
This was the mid-atlantic competition but apparently no one told DVOA. There was no blue coarse, no relay, no posted scoring system, no advertising. It was just another local DVOA meet.
