I am always stiff the day after soccer. I guess I am getting old. Started off stiff but loosened off. Spent the whole run pondering all the ways to plug the New Orleans levees withing a few hours.

Had dental work to replace a crown. Novicane is wearing off and my teeth/jaw is starting to hurt.

Played on the field the first half. Played ok but blew a prime opportunity to score. We were up
5-2 at half.

Played goalie second half. Didn't do to well but we still won 9-5.

Yesterday was a travel/rest day so had to go for a long run. It was only about 85 degrees but 100% humidity. I did the R&E loop. But the end my shoes were so wet with sweat that they were squishing.
