It was really hot. I was going to only go six miles but felt I should do more so went for my longer run. It was to hot for this. I lost 10 pounds during my run.
7:21 7:45 (slowing down already) 3:35 28:08 (3.25 miles and doesn't include the bathroom stop 3:00, the drinking fountain stop 4:00) 4:19 8:41 8:05 (ankle started to hurt).
Took a long time to rehydrate.

Run up to check out area for summer series. Then went wandering in the woods to see what was in the new area to see if worth mapping. It is worth mapping but I decided not to.

Played forward for a change. Didn't have very good ball control tonight. Ran hard but other than drawing the defenders out of the way wasn't very effective. Team won 2-1.

After soccer, ran a a few laps around the parking lot.

Decided to go for alonger run. Took money so I could stop and get a slurpee on the way home.
Rt 175 + R&E loop.

waiting for Traffic light Darcy ran up. I asked if she wanted a slurpee but she said no. She continued another mile of her run while I got slurpee then we walked home together. Life is good.
1:28 46 2:00 SLURPEE. All they had was
Blue raspberry. Walked home with Darcy.

After few days off, joints felt really stiff but muscles felt good. That was the first mile. The second mile the muscles started getting tired.
