Orienteering (mapping) 5:30:00 [1]

Went mapping. Time is actual time mapping. I set out to check out an area I had already done but because I didn't want to get went I parked in a new spot instead of across the river. Well, it took me over 4 hours to get the spot I had planned to map as I was mapping on the way there.

Running back to the car after mapping. I decided to take the lower trail along the river as I hadn't been there yet and it would be more scenic. Unfortunately the lower trail doesn't exist anymore. I was scrableing along some steep hillsides and almost slipped into the river twice.

After a day off to let the ankle run I couldn't take another day off. went for my longer run. Rt 175 + R&E loop.
7:19 7:34 3:18 26:44 (3.25 miles) 11:51 (1.5 miles, I missed a split) 7:18.
I feel like I am finally getting into some sort of shape. I can do my long run and finish somewhat strong. Eventually I will need to up my long run but for now it is fine.
