Decided to do a hill work. Incline is % grade.

Mile 1: 7:30 2 incline (just getting going)
Mile 2 7:32 Incline 6 Tough to keep the pace
Mile 3 8:02 Incline 3 + 1/4 mile incline 10)
Mile 4 7:34 Incline 3 + 1/4 mile incline 12)
Mile 5 8:10 1 incline (warm down)

Volleyball (Indoor Game) 1:00:00 [2]

Team was back to our old up and down self.
We one the first game. 2nd game we were down
14-2 but came back to win 25-17. 3rd game we
were down again but came back to late and lost.

Soccer (Indoor Game) 24:00 [5]

Played well. Full team there tonight. I score our only goal (on a header). We tied 1-1.

First snow of the year. Went out and shovelled the
driveway. It was a dry light snow (about 2 inches) so I was mostly just pushing it.

To cold out again to run outside so back to the treadmill. Decided to do a hill workout.
