Feeling stiff. I guess I should have streched or at least rested after 3 hours of picking up leaves. At least all the leaves are now up for the season. The lawnmower can handle any strays.

My team started off slow like we always do. Lost the first game and won the last two.

Played better this week. Scored a goal (unfortunately for the other team). I was running back to help out, the other team took a shot and
goalie knocked it out right at me. It bounced off me and into the goal. We lost 4-3. Note, my goal is not why we lost.

Felt better today. It was warm again so decided to run longer. Hurried home and off I went. Someone stole my daylight and it was dark well before I finished. Pushed the last mile to see how it would feel.

Turning previous years leaf pile. Picking up leaves with leave vacuum (it is big thing that chips wood
and sucks up leaves). Pulled a back muscle
manuvering it and again doing the pull start.

Pulled a back muscle just a hour before but didn't run yesterday and it was such a nice day. Went for a easy jog.
