Ankle still sore so decided to just bike it tonight.

After first exercise bike moved to recumbent for a spell.

Soccer (outdoor) 1:00:00 [4]

Played well right up to the point I twisted my ankle. Tried to change direction in air during a head ball and came down wrong. Limped off the field, wrapped it up, elevated it for 10 minutes and was able to get back into the game. We won 2-0.

Forgot my O shoes so had to run in my walking shoes. Got a little blister. Orienteered ok but way to slow in making my decisions. First time orienteered for real since Wyoming.
