Chest muscle still pulled but had to start exercising. Darcy said our new recumbent bike does require much heavy breathing to use. First time I used it. My but fell asleep so uncomfortable. I stuck it out for 50 minutes. Averaged about 14 miles per hour on 3 resistance.
Still hurt. My outdoor team short so I just stood in the middle of field. I would walk about but not run and not really try to take the ball. I did get to pass the ball a few times. After the rest of my team showed up I stayed off the field. Still hurt my chest trying to yell at my team. Team played well for a change and we tied 1-1.
