Soccer (Indoor Game) 12:00 [3]
(injured)

Chest muscle still sore and wasn't going to play. Yeah right. My team was short so in I went. I couldn't run because I couldn't breath. My normal load voice was non-existance because it took to much air. I had to quit the 2nd half but by then we had subs.

Other (cutting grass) 1:20:00 [1]

Tractor leaking oil so had to use push mower. Boy it takes a long time to cut the grass this way.

Treadmill 10:04 [2]
(injured)

Chest still sore so can't run. Darcy was riding the
new encumbent bike so I used the new treadmill.
Put it on incline 7.5 and top speed of 3.9 mph and
walked fast but not so fast that i had to take deep breaths.

Soccer (outdoor) 1:20:00 [3]
(injured)

First game. We lost to the best team which is good we played them first. We would have lost to whoever we played. Lots of new players and not a whole lot of team work. Team out of shape.
I either pulled a chest muscle or got a bruise
chest. It is sore and hurts to take a deep breath.

10Kish look. Took a detour to see what changes have been made in a construction area on my squirrel chase map. A couple of new fences up but no buildings.
