Ran hard. Over shot the first control. I would
consider the rest fairly clean (i.e. some minor
hesitations...).

DVOA McKaig Training Loop. Part two of Wyatt Riley's US Team fund raiser was a mass start training loop on a rough map with mostly trail runs and white/light green woods. The climb was the big challenge. Started in front running hard. After about 100 meters, I was tired. Hit the first climb and was exhausted. I took the woods to get to number 1 so didn't realize I wasn't in the front pack. I just assumed I was but I wasn't. Screwed up around two (ok, I read the map instead of just 'rogainning it'. Ran race with Clem and Nadim. Clem took a different route from the last control and Nadim out ran me.
