Thigh still sore from Soccer and just feeling lazy.
Decided to run in woods and plan out a good disc golf course. Printed a map and went running. Trails getting a little overgrown so bailed out and ran up to the highschool. Did two easy miles on the track and say people playing disc golf with made up items (no baskets).

A lot of people showed up so had less playing time than normal. I played well. As usual, several players on the team didn't. We lost 6-2. If only others would learn that there is more to soccer than trying to score goals (like defense).

Long run day. Felt bad and really didn't want to run but did anyway. Ok once I got started. Nice day, sunny, low humidity.

Felt good initially but got a bad side cramp part way into the run. Cramps wouldn't go away. Toughed it out by going really slow.
