Soccer- pickup games, started 12 on 12 then split into two groups
six on six.

Run (road) 28:55 [2] 3.4 mi (8:30 / mi)

Run to/from soccer
7:45, 3:28 (soccer), 5:34 (had to run back and turn in penny jersey, doah!),
3:43, 8:23 (legs really cramping).

pushups & situps. Getting shoulder back in shape now playing volleyball
again.

7:19, 1:30, 7:17, 7:18, 7:18, 7:35, 5:20(checking out new area to map),
7:12. Explored new section of woods to see what was in it. Unfortunately,
other than trails there isn't anything.

Double Header- (6 on 6 Indoor) Won 3 lost 3.

RiverBend. Tried to run hard. Tired on the uphills.
