Summer Series Training:
follow a contour and see if you can hold the proper height. I did ok for the early part. It was tough when it got green and you couldn't go straight. Control #8 was missing. Another control location was correct but the map wasn't right so things were off. Fun exercise on a beautiful afternoon.

Heidi Onkst and I paired up for the cell phone O. One person runs without a map and the other person with the map phones in directions.
Heidi went on the course first with me giving directions. Except on for mistake on my part, things went very well. Then I went out. We started off fine but when I came to an unmapped trail junction we lost a bunch of time. We also lost time when the cell connection was lost while I was on the course.
