My soccer game was rained out which is good because I am still hurt. My hamstring is still sore. I did an easy treadmill mile. I think the muscled is healed but it is still tight. Easy mile felt good on the muscle. However, It doesn't feel as good on my chest which is still getting over a cold. I am coughing again but this should be temporary.
